Design of production processes

 

Our process of designing and development of production processes is applied in various projects of our clients. There are no two identical clients or projects.  Specification, requirements, limitations and possibilities are very different. To understand a given project first we have to understand our client, get familiar with his products and end-users. This may be achieved due to close cooperation between our company and a client in the framework of which all ideas of process development shall be incorporated.

 

We always try to choose innovative production techniques enabling to win the EU subsidy in Poland.

 

As far as processes of investing in the new production facilities are concerned, we conduct legal analysis and prepare technical documentations:

• layouts of processing lines and machines
• manuals of users
• quality system instructions
